2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Kuchaikote P.S.Case No. 187 of 2023.

3. As per allegation, the petitioners along with other accused persons, came near the darwaza of the informant and started abusing and assaulting him with lathi danda etc. due to which he sustained injuries. The altercation took place over a land dispute.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners and they are the persons of clean antecedents. The injuries are simple in nature.

5. Shri J.N.Thakur, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail but has submitted that the injuries are simple in nature.

6. Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-I, Gopalganj in connection with Kuchaikote P.S.Case No. 187 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
