The petitioner prays for anticipatory bail in a case under Sections 447, 341, 323, 307, 379, 354, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the informant has received a single injury although on the scalp but simple in nature and there is no repetition of blow. It is further submitted that there is no other injury to any other person and the statement in that regard in the FIR appears to be a concoction. It is also submitted that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. It is further submitted that co-accused Krishna Yadav has been granted anticipatory bail by Sessions Judge, Patna passed in ABP No. 4748 of 2015 and the co-accused Sanjay Yadav has similarly been granted anticipatory bail by order dated 27.7.2015

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46809 of 2015 (2) dt.09-11-2015 passed in ABP No. 4222 of 2015.

On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that the petitioner, namely, Patti Yadav, in the event of his arrest/surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from today, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000-/ (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Dhanaura P.S.Case No. 259 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Sri Hare Ram, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Masaurhi, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
