JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 20-02-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Tajpur P.S. Case No. 389 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2016.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case at the instance of their enemies. As a matter of fact, nothing has been recovered from their conscious possession. The alleged recovery is from a bag kept near the Kela Bagan of Ram Briksh Singh.
