Petitioner seeks bail in Bihra P.S. Case No.20 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 394 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. No Test Identification Parade has been held. No incriminating article has been recovered from his possession. Petitioner was arrested by the police in connection with Bihra P.S. Case No.21 of 2019 and thereafter he has been remanded in this case. Petitioner is in custody since 27.03.2019.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 50213 of 2019(2) dt.17-08-2019 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Saharsa, in connection with Bihra P.S. Case No.20 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
