2. With the consent of both the parties, this writ application is being disposed of at this stage itself.

3. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that for the reliefs as claimed for in the present writ application, the petitioner is prepared to file a detailed representation before the District Magistrate, Supaul. He further prays that if such a representation is filed by the petitioner, the District Magistrate, Supaul may be directed to dispose of the same on merit after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a fixed

4. To the aforesaid prayer being made by learned senior counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the respondent-State has no objection.

5. Considering the limited nature of prayer being made by learned senior counsel for the petitioner, this writ application is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file a detailed representation before the District Magistrate, Supaul within one month from the date of passing of this order and if such a representation is filed, the District Magistrate, Supaul shall dispose of the same on merit after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, by passing a reasoned and speaking order. The entire exercise must be completed by the District Magistrate, Supaul within a period of four months from the date of filing of the representation.

6. With the aforesaid observation/direction, this writ application is disposed of with liberty as aforesaid. All pending interlocutory application(s), if any, shall also be deemed to have been disposed of.
