1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the O.P. No. 2, Mr. Aniruddh Kumar Singh.
2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 420, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has antecedent of one case and the informant alleges that she resides with her uncle (Fufa) in Vaishali, her marriage was fixed with the petitioner, further maternal grandfather of the petitioner also resides in the same village where her uncle resides, it is next alleged that petitioner on pretext of playing

No.56029 of 2024(2) dt.09-08-2024 2/3 Holi came and established physical relation with the informant and also videographed the act, thereafter started threatening to viral the video when informant protested that why he established physical relation before marriage, it is next alleged that she blocked the petitioner, but petitioner keeps threatening her from other mobile numbers as detailed in the FIR and even threatened her family members of making the video viral.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant FIR has been instituted on account of misunderstanding between the petitioner and the informant. It is also submitted that petitioner and the informant now are married as would manifest from Annexure-3 to the anticipatory bail application and the case has been compromised.
5. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the O.P. No. 2 submits that he has instructions not to oppose the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner.
6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the O.P. No. 2, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like

No.56029 of 2024(2) dt.09-08-2024 3/3 amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Mahila (Vaishali) P.S. Case No. 13 of 2024 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
7. Accordingly, the instant anticipatory bail application stands allowed.
