2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Excise Kahalgaon P.S. Case No. 195 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.
3. There is recovery of 84 litre illegal liquor from the motorcycle of the petitioner.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to dirty politics. Petitioner has neither concern with the seized liquor nor with the said motorcycle. The informant arrested the petitioner and forced his signature on the search and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55787 of 2025(2) dt.20-08-2025 2/2 seizure list. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 20.04.2025. Charge-sheet has already been submitted. There is no chance of tampering with the evidence or absconding of the petitioner.
5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State opposes the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made on behalf of the parties and facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Excise Judge-I, Bhagalpur in connection with Excise Kahalgaon P.S. Case No. 195 of 2025.
