The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 68 of 2021 registered under Sections 376(D), 504, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 6, 21, 22, 23 of the POCSO Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to local dispute and dirty village politics. Further he submits that the victim in her statement recorded under section 164 Cr. P.C. (Annexure-2) clearly stated her age is 18 years and nobody has kidnapped her.

Petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bonds to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-VIcum-Special Court, POCSO, Samastipur in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 68 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
