The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Noorsarai P.S. Case No. 149 of 2016 registered under Sections 304(B)/34/201 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are relatives of the informant and there is no specific allegation against the petitioners. Further submission is that it would appear from the Annexure nos. 3, 3/1 and 4 that the fire caught the deceased at the time of cooking the meal and she was taken at Primary Health Centre by her in-laws' family members for treatment and thereafter, she was referred to Sadar Hospital, Biharsharif, fromwhere she was referred to
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.255 of 2017 (6) dt.01-05-2017 2/2 P.M.C.H. In that course, the deceased died and in the last ceremony, petitioners and in-laws family members of the deceased had also participated.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Biharsharif, District - Nalanda in connection with Noorsarai P.S. Case No. 149 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
