The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 344 of 2013, registered under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ara. The accusation is that the petitioner was selected as constable, but on 16.08.2013, at the time of joining his photograph details of physical verification was found different to the records and thereafter he was directed to appear before Central Selection Board, but he did not appear and absconded since then.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52821 of 2016 (2) dt.06-12-2016 2/2 anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for grant of anticipatory bail stands rejected. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the trail Court within four weeks and pray for regular bail, which would be considered by the trial Court in accordance with law without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
