JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI) 28-11-2017 Heard learned counsel for the appellant and counsel for the State.

Dismissal of the writ application for the reasons indicated by the Learned Single Judge in following words, cannot be said to be erroneous:

"In this writ application the petitioner has assailed an order of dismissal passed in the year 1998. Moreover, the writ application, having been not filed in the life time of the husband of the petitioner, who was an employee and dismissed from service, is not maintainable at the instance of his wife."

The Court would not like to interfere with the said order for the reasons indicated above.

Patna High Court LPA No.165 of 2016(12) dt.28-11-2017 2/2 Appeal has no merit, it is dismissed.
