The Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case instituted for the offence under Section(s) 341, 323, 307, 504, 379/34 Indian Penal Code.

Considering that there is counter version of the occurrence and the police during investigation arrived at the conclusion that the assault had taken place from both the sides as also the Petitioners have fair antecedents, it is ordered that in the event of surrender/arrest of the Petitioners, named above, within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with Roh P.S. Case No.52 of 2015, they shall

P. C. and (i) That one of the bailors will be a close relative of the Petitioners, who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the Petitioners.
