Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Lauriya P.S.Case No.83 of 2019 dated 12.4.2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 323, 341, 188, 283, 353, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Prosecution story is that several accused persons were assaulting to a person and when the police tried to intervene in the matter, they attacked the police also and it is stated that on enquiry name of the petitioner transpired in this case along with the other accused persons.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51576 of 2019(2) dt.19-08-2019 2/2 Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is no source of identification of the petitioner and no further specific allegation has been attributed against them as well as they have no criminal antecedent.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-I, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Lauriya P.S.Case No.83 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
