2. This Cr. Misc. application has been filed for cancellation of bail granted to O.P. No.2 vide order dated 02.06.2023 passed by learned Sessions Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with A.B.P. No.1320 of 2023 (Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No.622 of 2019).

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with direction to the learned trial court to expedite the disposal of the trial and the petitioner shall assist the court in this regard.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this
