Considering the merits of the case, provisional bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 03.04.2014 in connection with Complaint Case No.863-C of 2010 to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Danapur, Patna, is hereby confirmed. From henceforth the Petitioner shall pay a sum of `1500/- (one thousand five hundred) in stead of `750/- in terms of the order dated 03.04.2014.
