The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 324, 326, 307, 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act and during the course of investigation Section 304(B) IPC has been added. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the husband of the victim is in jail since 19.06.2019 and the petitioner is the mother-in-law of the victim lady. In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on
