The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in Complaint Case No. 642(C)/2017 dated 04.07.2017 in which cognizance has been taken under Sections 341, 323, 379, 452, 354 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is the own nephew of the informant, meaning thereby that he is the cousin of the daughter of the complainant. The petitioner is alleged to have indulged in voyeurism while the daughter of the complainant was bathing in the bathroom. When this fact was communicated by the complainant to the mother of the petitioner, who is also a Chaukidar in the village, the petitioner and other lady associates

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25478 of 2018 (2) dt.03-05-2018 2/2 ransacked the house of the complainant and also physically manhandled the daughter of the complainant.

Considering the nature of accusation as also the relationship between the parties, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on his furnishing bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Danapur, Patna in Complaint Case No. 642(C)/2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
