The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Maheshi P.S. Case No. 134 of 2016 dated 20.08.2016 instituted for the offence under Section 392/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners, two of whom are ladies, have not been named in the FIR and their name has only transpired in the confession of Sheikh Alamgir. Learned counsel for the petitioners however has submitted that they are brothers and sisters amongst themselves and had given their godown on rent to Sheikh Alamgir and Thag Mian on a monthly rental of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15581 of 2018(2) dt.05-04-2018 2/2 Rs. 8000/- per month.

The petitioners do not have any criminal antecedents and there is no recovery from the house of the petitioners.

Regard being had to the aforesaid facts the petitioners above named are directed to be released in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate VI, Motihari in connection with Maheshi P.S. Case No. 134 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Ashutosh Kumar, J) krishna/- U T
