Learned counsel appearing for the Patna Municipal Corporation submits that vide order dated 04.07.2025, the opposite parties were directed to calculate the delay occurred on the payment counting from 10.01.2024 and then file a supplementary show cause. Patna High Court MJC No.2558 of 2024(7) dt.03-04-2026 2/2 has been made as observed by this Hon'ble Court and the payment of Rs. 39,036/- (Rupees Thirty Nine Thousand Thirty Six) has also been remitted in the account of the petitioner through RTGS vide Memo No. 4871 dated 13.11.2025 (annexed as Annexure-D to the supplementary show cause).

3. Hence, in this view of the matter, the contempt proceeding is hereby dropped and the present M.J.C. petition stands dismissed.
