The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 147,148,149,341,342,323,325,307,379,427,504 and 506 of the IPC.
The prosecution case is that on 27.7.2017 there was collision between the bus and truck when several persons died. The mob made protest. It is alleged that the FIR named accused persons including the petitioner made assault to the Inspector of Police.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the protest was made by the mob against inaction of the police and the police, in order to save its own skin, lodged FIR against eight named accused and hundred unknown. Statement has been

Considering the accusation being omnibus and general and the fact that protest was being made due to collision of bus and truck when several people died, let the petitioner above named be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender within 12 weeks on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Sitamarhi in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No.598 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
