Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition has been filed for consideration and appointment on compassionate ground in terms of policy decision of State government in view of sudden death of her mother on 23.04.2024 working as Panchayat Teacher in Primary School, Dumra Block Nauhatta within the District of Saharsa judging suitability .

Late Punita Kumari and possesses necessary qualification . Petitioner has also attached her certificates i. e, . degree of Primary Teachers Training (D. El. Ed.) and passed out CTET Examination in the year 2022 and requested for acceptance of her candidature , but till date no action has been taken by the respondent/s authority .

Considering the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, the respondent concerned is directed to consider the case of the petitioner for her appointment on compassionate ground in accordance with law and pass appropriate order within a period of eight weeks from the date receipt/production of copy of this order.

5 . With above direction , the writ petition stands disposed.
