JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-08-2018 This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the petitioner for quashing the order dated 23.05.2017 passed by the learned A.C.J.M.-4th, Sasaram, Rohtas in Complaint Case No.186 of 2017 corresponding to T.R. No.930 of 2017 whereby and whereunder the learned Magistrate has taken cognizance of the offence punishable under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act against the petitioner and summoned him to face trial. After some arguments, Mr. Krishna Prasad Singh, learned Senior Advocate for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the instant application in order to raise all the points available to the petitioner at appropriate stage during trial.
