The Petitioner was allowed Provisional anticipatory bail by the order dated 18.4.2014.

Considering the merits of the case, the Provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by the order dated 18.4.2014 in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 26 of 2012 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani, is hereby confirmed on the same terms as also that the Petitioner will be well represented on each date and if he fails to do so on two consecutive dates, his bail will be liable to be cancelled. Let him file a certificate in this regard in the present case and deposit the same before 15th of every month. In such circumstances, the direction with regard to deposit of Rs.750/- vide order dated 18.4.2014 passed by this Court shall stand ignored.
