The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Maheshkhunt P.S. Case No.80 of 2017 registered under Sections 363 and 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the involvement of the petitioner in abducting a minor girl, who was subjected to cruelty in various ways during her confinement, I am not inclined to grant him prearrest bail. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
