No.4963 of 2014 whereby the learned Magistrate took cognizance for the offences punishable under Sections 498A and 406 of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46774 of 2015 (2) dt.12-01-2018 2/2 Indian Penal Code and as well as Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act and directed for issuance of summons against the petitioners.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the present application in order to raise all the points available to the petitioners at the stage of framing of charge.

Leave is granted.
