JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 17-02-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Aurai P.S. Case No. 90 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 504 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the specific allegation made against the petitioners that they participated in commission of the offence in which the injured Manoj Rai sustained grievous injuries, I am not inclined to grant them pre-arrest bail.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9247 of 2018 (2) dt.17-02-2018 Accordingly, the application is rejected.

In case the petitioners surrender and seek bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced in any manner by this order.
