2. This application has been filed for initiating Contempt Proceeding against the members of the opposite party as the order dated 06.01.2023 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 17832 of 2022 by this Court is not being followed and complied with and even the direction given by this Court to the Sub-Judge- VIII, Patna

Patna High Court MJC No.2255 of 2023(14) dt.04-04-2025 2/2 has not been complied with as after expiry of the statutory period of 120 days for disposal of the eviction suit filed by the petitioner against the opposite party no. 8 has not been disposed of.

3. Since the eviction proceeding have ended, this contempt application is disposed of.
