2. It is submitted that due to typographical inadvertence in the order dated 26.08.2019 granting anticipatory bail to the petitioners, in the cause title the petitioners are described as resident of the District of 'Nalanda' in place of the District of "Nawada" as correctly mentioned in the petition. Accordingly, a request has been made to make necessary corrections in the order dated 26.08.2019.

3. Let the District "Nalanda" as wrongly typed in the cause title of order dated 26.08.2019 be modified and corrected to read as "Nawada" in respect of the petitioners.

4. The time granted to the petitioners for surrender and furnishing bail bonds before the learned Court below in terms of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53029 of 2019(3) dt.16-09-2019 2/2 order dated 26.08.2019 is extended by two weeks from today.

5. Order dated 26.08.2019 is modified only to the above extent.
