ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 4/ 18-03-2015 In the nature of dispute between the parties, efforts were taken to settle the dispute but nothing could come out of it. Considering the merits of the case, provisional bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 03.04.2014 in connection with Complaint Case No.713 of 2013 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna City, Patna, is hereby confirmed.

However, from henceforth the Petitioner shall pay a sum of `5,500/- (five thousand five hundred) per month instead of `750/- (seven hundred fifty).

The application stands disposed off.
