Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.
The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 427 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Sheikhpura P.S.Case No. 464 of 2019.
As per allegation, the accused persons assaulted the informant, his son, his mother and his wife by lathi etc. The learned counsel for the petitioners has
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54399 of 2022(2) dt.01-02-2023 2/2 submitted that they are ladies of clean antecedents and have falsely been implicated in this case along with other male members.
Considering the above facts and circumstances, specially the clean antecedent and the petitioners being ladies, let the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-III, Sheikhpura in connection Sheikhpura (Hathaiwan O.P.) P.S.Case No. 464 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioners within the stipulated time as provided hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
