2. The present modification petition preferred to extend the time of surrender as permitted while allowing the anticipatory bail of the petitioner through Cr. Misc. No. 22663 of 2025 dated 30.04.2025 by this Court.

3. It is pointed out that non-appearance of the petitioner before the learned trial court within time, neither intentional nor deliberate, rather due to certain compelling circumstances which was not within her reach.

4. Considering the aforesaid submission and for the reason stated in petition itself, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the court concerned within two weeks as of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56707 of 2025(2) dt.22-08-2025 2/2 now i.e. positively on or before 8.09.2025.

5. With aforesaid, present modification petition stands disposed of.

6. This order shall be treated as part of order dated 30.04.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 22663 of 2025, as indicated above.
