The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint case no. 759(C) of 2012 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323 and 376 of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation levelled against the petitioner is regarding outraging the modesty of the complainant. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of certain dispute regarding drainage, the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. The petitioner is said to be having a clean antecedent.

No.10541 of 2018 (2) dt.23-02-2018 2/2 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender before the concerned court within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of the present order, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bonds of Rs. 10,00,000/- (Rs. One lac) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. Vth, Danapur, Patna in connection with Complaint case no. 759(C) of 2012, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of Code of Criminal Procedure.
It is further directed that the petitioner shall be present before the concerned court on each and every date fixed and in case of default on two consecutive dates, the present privilege of anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner shall stand cancelled automatically.
