The present writ petition has been filed for quashing and cancelling the letter no. 1404(Anu) dated 13.12.2016 issued under the signature of the Executive Engineer, respondent no. 4 as also the NIT No. 02/2016-17/RCD/JEHANABAD issued under the signature of the Executive Engineer, R.C. Road Division No. 1, Jehanabad on 23.12.2016 calling tenders; and for connected reliefs.
3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the grievances of the petitioner have now been redressed
