2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Maner P.S. Case No. 99 of 2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 126(2), 115(2), 109, 74, 303(2), 329(3), 324(2), 351(2) of the BNS.

According to F.I.R., these petitioners along with other co-accused persons named in the F.I.R., armed with lathi & danda, entered the house of informant, abused female members of the family and on protest, they assaulted informant and his brother. The accused persons also looted Rs. 20,000/- from the informant's house.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to disputed between children of both parties, the scuffle took place, in which, both sides sustained injuries. Case and counter case. Similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 31.07.2025 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 47960 of 2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Danapur, District - Patna in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 99 of 2025, subject to
