JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 03-12-2015 There appears to be apparent error in the order dated 14.10.2015 as C.W.J.C. No. 1210 of 2007 stood recorded in the order in place of Civil Revision No. 1210 of 2007. Accordingly, the order dated 14.10.2015 stands modified to the aforesaid extent only.

The time granted for compliance of the order dated 30.09.2010 passed in Civil Revision No. 1210 of 2007 is extended till today as learned counsel for the petitioner wants to remove the defect in course of the day.
