The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Excise Case No. 1176 of 2018 arising out of Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 278 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. The allegation is regarding recovery of 52 liters of country made Mahua liquor from the vegetable market on the banks of the river.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and in fact no recovery has been made from the possession of the petitioner. It is further submitted that on the date on which the present case was registered against the petitioner, he was having fair

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 4th Additional District and Sessions Judge, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Excise Case No. 1176 of 2018 arising out of Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 278 of 2018.
