The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Rudrapur P.S. Case No. 51 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is quite innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. There is case and counter case between the parties. Both the parties have sustained injuries, but all the injuries are found simple in nature.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within
