The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Baheri Police Station Case No.164 of 2015/G.R. No.2638 of 2015 registered under Sections 147, 148, 182, 189, 283, 353, 504, 427 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that on receiving secret information about blockading the road in front of the Petrol Pump at villageJuriya Chowk, the informant along with other police personnel reached there and saw that the villagers had blockade the road in which 10 persons, named in the F.I.R., including the petitioner, fifty unknown men and women were also involved and they were abusing the administration, burning the tires on the road

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49620 of 2019(2) dt.08-08-2019 2/2 and creating nuisance. They also made obstruction in discharging the official duty by the police personnel. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that while the petitioner is named in the F.I.R. but no specific overt act is attributed to him. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender by him within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga, in connection with Baheri Police Station Case No.164 of 2015/G.R. No.2638 of 2015, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) P.S./- U T
