JUSTICE KISHORE KUMAR MANDAL ORAL ORDER 16-01-2018 Heard the Counsel for the petitioners and the informant. Petitioners pray for grant of anticipatory bail in Bisfi P.S. Case No. 239 of 2017 registered under Sections. 302, 307, 504 and other allied sections of IPC.

There is specific allegation against petitioner nos. 1 and 2 of having assaulted the victim with bamboo and on head. Petitioner no. 3 was also present there and played some role. Learned counsel submits that they are young boys. There is no allegation against petitioner no. 3.

Counsel for the informant opposed the prayer and submits that it is a heinous case in which they are named in the F.I.R. Considering the submissions made at the Bar and after
