For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the
9/10 respondent authorities to enhance the Honorarium of the petitioners from Rs.
20,809/- to Rs. 70,000/- or equal to other identical employee working in Bihar Education Project, Bihar Health Societies and Jeevika as they are getting higher amount in comparison to the petitioner who are working as Block Resources person.
ii. For direction upon the respondent authority to grant protection as regular employee as the sword of termination is always hanging over the neck of the petitioners even after rendering their services for more than seventeen years.
iii. For direction upon the respondent authorities to allow the petitioners to live in dignified way in terms of Article 21 of the Constitution of India."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks not to press the writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the Additional Chief Secretary, Department of Education, Government of Bihar, Patna for redressal of their aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed, within a period of two weeks from today, the the Additional Chief Secretary, Department of Education, Government of Bihar, Patna shall dispose off the same by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks, thereafter.
