JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-02-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Prayer for bail of this petitioner was earlier rejected by this court vide order dated 07.02.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 49289 of 2021.

The trial court report reveals that the case is fixed for prosecution evidence.

Learned counsel for the opposite party undertakes to produce all the witness before the trial court within six months. Considering the nature of accusation, gravity of the offence and progress of the trial, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
