2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Dinara P.S. Case No. 189 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-B)/a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have been found in possession of illegal arms, cartridges and mobile phone. One country made pistol and 8 live cartridges have been recovered.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 03.05.2024. He further submits that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as the submission of the parties, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-II, Rohtas at Sasaram/concerned Court below in connection with Dinara P.S. Case No. 189 of 2024 subject to condition that:- 7(i). The petitioner shall mark his attendance at the Dinara (Bhansh) Police Station on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
