ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 17-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420/467/468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that an allegation has been made against the petitioner that he had appeared in the B.Ed. Examination having Roll Pat No. 4705 with Registration No. 7226 of the petitioner but after having passed the examination and being duly employed, the matter has been put under enquiry and the petitioner is facing prosecution. It is submitted that the petitioner was a bonafide student and has passed his B.Ed. Examination. The marksheet has also been issued to him. Now, a ground has been taken that the said roll number, on the basis of which he had appeared in the examination, was, in fact, issued to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40304 of 2016 (3) dt.17-10-2016 P2/2 one Madhu Kumari and not this petitioner.

However, since the entire fact is not clear and the petitioner is willing to co-operate in whatever investigations are made henceforth, let the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal, in connection with Arwal P.S. Case No. 19/2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
