The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 380/456 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant suspects that all the F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner have stolen his buffalo. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has been made accused in this case only on suspicion. No incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has got clean antecedent. However, learned counsel for the informant has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53628 of 2022(2) dt.20-12-2022 2/2 the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Araria P.S.
