The petitioner, who is a Block Teacher has filed this writ petition challenging a letter dated 30.05.2023 vide Memo No. 282 issued by the Block Education Officer, Cheriya, Bariyarpur, Begusarai, whereby, the authorities has directed the petitioner to refund the amount which he has drawn as salary for the period which he has not worked after his reinstatement. Further grievances of the petitioner is that the petitioner has not been paid salary since May, 2023.

Since, the petitioner is a Block teacher and the grievances raised in this writ petition are with regard to his service conditions, in view of the Rule 16 of the Bihar State Teaching Institutions Teachers and Employees (Dispute Redressal and Appeal) Rules, 2020 and the decision rendered by this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 10222 of 2022 (Rani Kumari Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.) along with series of connected writ petitions, this writ petition is hereby disposed off with liberty granted to the petitioner to approach the concerned District Appellate Authority for redressal of the grievances raised in the present writ petition.

4. The writ petition stands disposed off with the above directions.
