Earlier vide order dated 09.05.2022, the petitioners were granted provisional bail till disposal of the case and the concerned authorities were directed to ensure the compliance of order dated 09.05.2022 by filing a detailed action report. Office has reported that in compliance of order of this court, report from Commissioner, Prohibition and Excise, Bihar as well as Superintendent of Excise, Aurangabad have been received.

Therefore, in the aforesaid circumstance, no purpose would be served to keep this matter pending.
