The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Bidupur P. S. Case No. 280 of 2014 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 354, 379, 435, 337, 427, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is contended that similarly circumstanced, co-accused Nanku Paswan, Karu Paswan @ Karua Paswan, Chandan Paswan, Nakeshwar Bhagat, Sone Lal Bhagat, Bhagwan Lal and Nanua Bhagat have already been granted anticipatory bail by a Bench of this Court vide order dated 08.07.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 23267 of 2015.

Learned counsel for the State has not disputed the

Regard being had to the reasons assigned in the order dated 08.07.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 23267 of 2015, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- ( Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in Bidupur P. S. Case No. 280 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
