In view of the Annexure-G to the counter affidavit, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petition may be disposed of with direction to the respondents that in case in future the respondents proposes to make appointment on the basis of Tolasewak and Swayam Sevika, the respondents may also consider the case of the petitioner in accordance with law in the matter of appointment.
It goes without saying that in case the respondents undertake selection process they will provide opportunity to all
