The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 376, 511, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged against the petitioner that he used to demand ransom from the informant. It is further alleged that on 15.06.2021, he along with other accused persons entered into the house of the informant and

No.63661 of 2021(3) dt.22-08-2022 2/3 made an attempt to outrage the modesty of her wife and when the informant and other family members made protest, they were assaulted by the accused persons. The wife of the informant sustained injuries. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and in the background of some land dispute, the present F.I.R has been registered. There is no accusation of repeating the blow. Moreover, the injury of the wife of the informant has been found to be simple in nature. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial
