JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-11-2019 The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Khagaria (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 326 of 2019, dated 19.05.2019, instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 384, 386, 427, 379 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. It has been alleged in the F.I.R. that about 16 named accused persons and 20 to 30 unknown persons entered the godown and office of the informant and assaulted Manoj and Md. Imran. The godown and office of the informant was ransacked. Though the petitioner has not been named in the F.I.R., but his name has transpired in the

It has further been submitted that there is no specific accusation against the petitioner. The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedents and he is in custody since 23.05.2019. Regard being had to the aforesaid facts, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Khagaria (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 326 of 2019.

The application stands allowed.
